Entstehung

150 Boote sind dort angekommen wo vor einigen Jahren ein Weserlastenkahn konserviert wurde.
Diese Boote stehen als Sinnbild für die Möglichkeit Gegensätze zu vereinen.
Ein Boot hat immer zwei Seiten, es fährt über Flüsse und Meere und transportiert Güter, Pflanzen, Tiere und Menschen mit ihren Gedanken von einem Ort zum anderen.
Boote sind in Bewegung und tragen oft Veränderung von einem Ort zum anderen.
Wir leben heute in einer Zeit des stetigen Wandels, in der es immer wieder um Auseinandersetzung mit Unbekanntem geht.
Was für die einen Hoffnung ist, kann für die anderen Angst bedeuten.
Die Installation besetzt einen Raum auf neue und ungewohnte Weise. Ein Schwarm von Booten transportiert Botschaften und gibt Anstöße zu vielfältigen Gedanken.

150 boats have now arrived at that place where some years ago the Weser freight barge had been preserved.
Boats standing as a symbol for the ability to unite opposites. A boat consists of two sides, it carries across rivers, lakes and oceans, moving plants, animals, people and thoughts from one place to the other.
Boats are constantly moving having changes on board - being hope for someone, being anxiety for the other.
We live in an era providing many changes, a time when the confrontation with the unknown isomnipresent.
The presentation fills a room and shall make curious for the nouveau.
